Environmental Health Safety Coordinator

Description

This role ensures a safe, compliant, and sustainable workplace within a fast-paced steel fabrication and construction environment. You’ll lead EHS initiatives that protect people, the environment, and project performance, driving a culture.

• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations
• Provide training, support, and guidance to employees and supervisors
• Track safety performance and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state regulations
• Oversee and maintain EHS programs across plant and field operations

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental compliance
• 3–5+ years of EHS experience in steel fabrication and erection.
• Bachelor’s degree in safety or related field.
