  • Define and enforce engineering standards, templates, and QA/QC processes.
  • Develop and integrate control solutions using PLC, ALC, Niagara N4, Ignition, and OSI platforms.
  • Serve as a technical interface between engineering, project management, field operations, and customers.
  • Oversee technical delivery and ensure projects meet design, quality, and performance standards.
  • Lead and mentor BAS and PLC engineers across design, programming, graphics, and commissioning.
  • Contribute to scope development, proposals, and preconstruction support for complex automation projects.

  • Tridium Niagara N4 Certified
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Controls Engineering.
  • 7+ years of BAS, PLC, or SCADA experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior technical role.
  • Proficient in designing and programming systems with PLC/DDC (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider, Automated Logic, Alerton, Distech and Tridium Niagara)
  • Experience configuring Ignition or OSI Monarch for supervisory control and integration.
  • Inductive Automation Ignition Core or Gold Certification
  • PMP, PE, or ISA CAP preferred
  • Background in mission-critical environments such as data centers, hospitals, or pharmaceutical facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, OPC, and MQTT communication standards.
  • Allen-Bradley/Siemens/Schneider PLC certification
  • Knowledge of HVAC water and air distribution systems and their integration with BAS/SCADA controls.
  • Automated Logic (ALC) Certified Engineer
