- Develop and integrate control solutions using PLC, ALC, Niagara N4, Ignition, and OSI platforms.
- Serve as a technical interface between engineering, project management, field operations, and customers.
- Oversee technical delivery and ensure projects meet design, quality, and performance standards.
- Lead and mentor BAS and PLC engineers across design, programming, graphics, and commissioning.
- Contribute to scope development, proposals, and preconstruction support for complex automation projects.

- Tridium Niagara N4 Certified
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Controls Engineering.
- 7+ years of BAS, PLC, or SCADA experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior technical role.
- Proficient in designing and programming systems with PLC/DDC (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider, Automated Logic, Alerton, Distech and Tridium Niagara)
- Experience configuring Ignition or OSI Monarch for supervisory control and integration.
- Inductive Automation Ignition Core or Gold Certification
- PMP, PE, or ISA CAP preferred
- Background in mission-critical environments such as data centers, hospitals, or pharmaceutical facilities.
- Strong knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, OPC, and MQTT communication standards.
- Allen-Bradley/Siemens/Schneider PLC certification
- Knowledge of HVAC water and air distribution systems and their integration with BAS/SCADA controls.
- Automated Logic (ALC) Certified Engineer
