Production Manager

• Ensure on-time delivery of aerospace and space components
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance standards
• Analyze production delays and implement corrective actions
• Supervise personnel
• Monitor equipment uptime and coordinate maintenance needs
• Work closely with engineering, planning, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve issues
• Drive production schedules while maintaining quality and efficiency
• Lead day-to-day production across multiple departments
• Report performance metrics and support operational planning

We are looking for an experienced Aerospace Production Manager to lead operations in a fast-paced, high-precision manufacturing environment. This role involves overseeing daily production, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of aerospace components.

• 5+ years in a production or manufacturing leadership role
• Experience with ERP systems and production tracking tools
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining and metal forming
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field preferred
• Familiarity with aerospace quality standards and tight-tolerance components
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing (aerospace, defense, or precision industries preferred)
