- Supporting with surveys, proposals, and quotations for small works or upgrades.
- Delivering high-quality BMS PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) activities across client sites.
- Working closely with the Regional Operations Manager and collaborating with the wider BMS team.
- Work on exciting projects across blue-chip clients and essential public sector services.
- Attending ad hoc reactive callouts and providing swift, professional resolutions.
- Identifying and implementing remedial works and system improvements to boost efficiency and performance.

- Ideally electrically biased, with good working knowledge of IT networks and IP configuration.
- Experience with system integration using protocols such as Modbus, MBus, and BACnet.
- Based in Sheffield with opportunities to work across diverse client sites.
- Ability to confidently modify software and schematics for Trend 963 & IQVision.
- Strong working knowledge of SET or other engineering tools.
- Solid understanding of HVAC plant and applications.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience with Trend Controls and/or Tridium/Niagara.
- Gaining hands-on commissioning experience with Trend, Tridium, and Distech systems through small project delivery.
- A supportive environment with guidance from experienced managers and colleagues.
- Opportunities to upskill and grow—including hands-on experience with multiple BMS platforms.
