Management of Safety, Quality Control and Communications plan
Supporting business development activities by maintaining long lasting relationships with clients, the design community, engineers and other organizations which enhance future business development opportunities
Leads and Ensures that all Operational standards and processes are achieved, ensuring operational efficiency, consistency & excellence are achieved
Responsible for all aspects of project close out including training, inspections, turn over and warranty
Lead and develop company initiatives with respect to industry technology, innovations, and processes to ensure Clark Builders maintains its position as an industry leader in construction
Working with the Estimating and Business Development teams to pursue and secure work
Provide elevated client care and services to ensure highest value to clients
Track productivity and performance of the project
Manage stakeholder expectations
Responsible for all aspects of financial management strategy
Drive Innovation, Continuous Improvement, and a Lean Culture through best practices, training and development of all staff members
Responsible for Coaching, mentoring, and developing a diverse team and ensuring Clark Builders is creating growth opportunities to achieve both individual and corporate goals and objectives

Experience with various types of construction contracts
Ability to identify, assess and manage risks while striving to meet objectives
Capable of making complex, ambiguous and risk adverse decisions
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Bachelors' degree, diploma or 2-year certificate in a construction related discipline
Analytical thinker with ability to interpret complex information and recommend innovative solutions
Experience with Last Planner® System an asset
Proactive approach to prevention and resolution of conflicts
Experience with Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) would be an asset
Experience with Procore® Construction Management Software an asset
10+ years’ experience working as a Project Manager, managing the construction of Commercial, Industrial, or Intuitional buildings
Experience managing the entire construction process from startup to closeout on a variety of project sizes and complexities
Understanding the principles of Lean thinking, collaborative planning, and continuous improvement
