Assist the lead Superintendent in managing all on-site construction activities.
Enforce jobsite safety protocols in partnership with the Corporate EHS Director and local safety coordinators.
Maintain jobsite documentation such as daily reports, QC/QA logs, and inspection records.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-driven Assistant Superintendent to join our Orlando, FL team. In this role, you’ll support the on-site leadership of large-scale commercial construction projects, helping ensure that every phase of the work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate and monitor subcontractor work for quality, schedule, and safety compliance.
Support and lead field teams, fostering open communication and collaboration across all trades.
3-8 years of experience in commercial construction as a Lead Carpenter, Foreman, or Assistant Superintendent.
OSHA 30 and CPR certifications required.
Strong understanding of construction means, methods, scheduling, and jobsite operations.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and construction management software.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with professionalism and diplomacy in all interactions.
Associate’s (2-year) or Bachelor’s (4-year) degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Proven ability to lead and motivate field teams in a positive, productive jobsite culture.
