As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead projects that deliver exceptional results for our clients, leveraging an innovative, collaborative mindset. Your role is pivotal in strengthening JLL’s culture of collaboration and advancement.
You will manage all aspects of projects—including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution—while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure success. Projects must be completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards, with you providing leadership and guidance to empower your team.
The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field, plus PMP or equivalent certification and at least seven years of project management experience, preferably in commercial real estate. Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, experience across multiple sectors, change‑management expertise, knowledge of construction processes, and proficiency with project management software.
Compensation is estimated between $135,000 and $160,000 annually, and the role is based on‑site in San Francisco, CA. Visa sponsorship is not provided; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
