Oversee safe execution of specialised maintenance activities.
Provide training and mentorship to build team capability.
Manage planned and reactive (breakdown) maintenance tasks.
Carry out pulley change-outs (1-28 tonnes), gearbox and motor replacements.
Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on mechanical faults.
Maintain rotating equipment including gearboxes, pulleys, pumps, and crushers.
Refurbish Warman pumps and rebuild Geho pumps.
Complete laser alignment tasks using Rota-align technology.
Maintain balance machines and conduct detailed mechanical inspections.

Skilled in delivering training modules and facilitating learning sessions
Australian Driver’s Licence (C Class)
Section 26 qualified or willing to obtain
Proficient in maintaining accurate and reliable recording systems
Solid experience in rotating equipment maintenance within mining or heavy industry.
Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (preferred)
Valid Construction White Card
Competent in emergency coordination and communication protocols
Leadership or Frontline Management training (preferred)
Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience, with a broad foundation of technical skills and knowledge
Australian recognised trade qualification in: Cert III Engineering - Mechanical Fitting (MEM30219)
Proven ability to coordinate major projects and shutdown maintenance activities
A natural leader with strong communication skills.
