Prepare all aspects of drawing sets, structure, content and associated drawings for complex units/assemblies for whole projects, taking into account safety and quality requirements.
In consultation with Engineers and Project Managers, continuously review project specifications and customer requirements to ensure conformance with specifications, quality and safety standards.
Have the ability to prepare schematics for complex electrical control projects that do not conform to existing precedents and translate electrical system concepts to the design and development of schematics.
Design, develop and produce drawings and equipment lists for PLC, Safety and Control Systems using AutoCAD Electrical.

Candidates with an A Class Electrical qualification and/or a degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering will be highly regarded.
You will have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with stakeholders to elicit and understand their requirements in order to deliver a high-quality drafting service.
You must have a sound knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical with extensive experience in designing and developing industrial electrical control systems for automation projects.
