Lead the full proposal lifecycle: strategy, kickoff, content development, reviews and final production.
Build strong working relationships across Kiewit.
Collaborate with graphic designers to create visuals that elevate complex technical narratives.
Provide day-to-day leadership and coaching to a small proposal team while setting priorities driving quality, accuracy and compliance across all work.
Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.
Create and maintain proposal tools, templates, data sources and best practices.
Lead or provide support on critical get-work deliverables that fall outside of formal proposal cycles and/or the Nuclear market as needed.
Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required.
Interview SMEs and develop clear, technical, client-focused content.
Develop pursuit strategy and messaging in partnership with the Nuclear Markets & Strategy team and executive leaders.

7+ years of proposal management experience in A/E/C, EPC or related industries.
Strong proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat; exposure to Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
Occasional travel (less than 10%) may be required.

Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment.
Strong technical writing and content development skills; experience with DOE or federal solicitations is a plus.
Work productively and meet deadlines timely
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver high-quality work in a dynamic environment.
Excellent organization, communication, interviewing and editing skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, CM, Engineering or a related field.
