Description

• Leading and managing procurement and supplier contract activities for assigned commodities or project packages. ,
• You’ll specifically take care of supplier selection and contract management, but also support commodity strategy development and internal stakeholder collaboration.,
• Monitoring the evolution of procurement projects, including legal, product development, and business award facets. ,
• Driving the full supplier selection process, including preparing supplier contracts and managing contract execution. ,
• Collaborate with transverse teams and helpful colleagues ,
• Issuing Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and leading supplier negotiations to ensure best value. ,
• Securing adherence to commitments outlined in work package sheets. ,
• Work with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure procurement excellence and supplier performance ,
• Coordinating all contracting activities to ensure on-time delivery and required quality, especially during project ramp-ups.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. ,
• Familiarity with ramp-up phase challenges in complex projects. ,
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., legal, engineering, quality, project leads). ,
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to support decision-making processes. ,
• Knowledge of commodity strategy development and supplier panel management. ,
• Experience or understanding of procurement processes, supplier selection, and contract management. ,
• Knowledge of supplier performance metrics and quality, cost, delivery, time (QCDT) principles. ,
• Resilience, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset to thrive in dynamic environments.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills. ,
