Strategize with pursuit teams to develop and create the various components of a proposal/qualifications package to ensure content is comprehensive and client-specific and in accordance with the company brand standards
Identify and implement creative ways to advance our marketing and business development efforts – we are a growing firm and team eager to explore new initiatives
Helps maintain project data on the Kirksey website, intranet, and/or Vantagepoint and boilerplate marketing collateral
Assist with internal communication efforts for the regional office and amongst all three offices
Provide input and collaborate to help establish priorities and protocols for responding to RFP/Q’s and other marketing related inquiries. Works closely with marketing, business development, and Market Directors when producing proposals and other marketing materials
For assigned pursuits, coordinate the overall process to ensure submittal content is strategic, accurate, well written, and graphically pleasing
Help develop interview and/or client introduction presentations with Market Directors
Support communications efforts with drafting content for website, social media, targeted marketing pieces.
Enhance firm visibility with event and conference planning and attendance
