Innovative leader in building solutions, delivering energy-efficient technologies for comfort and sustainability.
The immersive, eight‑week training takes place in Charlotte, NC, and prepares graduates for regional technical‑sales roles. Trainees receive a regional assignment before training begins in July, ensuring a smooth transition into their local market after completion.
Throughout the program, participants work alongside applications engineers and sales teams, applying classroom concepts to real‑world HVAC design, troubleshooting, and solution delivery. This collaboration reinforces both engineering fundamentals and consultative selling techniques.
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree (completed or expected by 2026), a valid driver’s license, and unrestricted U.S. work authorization. Preference is given to engineering graduates with strong academic performance, relevant software skills, and any internship or work experience in HVAC, engineering, or sales.
The Applied HVAC Training Program is aimed at individuals who enjoy innovative products, combine technical knowledge with strong interpersonal skills, and thrive in dynamic environments. Participants receive structured mentorship and hands‑on experience to build technical expertise, business acumen, and customer‑focused strategies.
