- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum six years of construction or manufacturing experience.
- At least four years of continuous‑improvement experience in manufacturing or construction.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Expert knowledge of continuous‑improvement principles.
- Strong reliability, follow‑through, and proactive self‑starter mindset.
- Effective trainer, facilitator, and communicator with active listening skills.
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and influence lean professionals through relationship building.

Benefits
The base pay range for this role is $107,200 – $160,800, with higher ranges for locations such as Denver, Chicago, Seattle, Portland, and Washington, D.C. Base salary is positioned within the range based on knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity, and the position is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.
