- Optional: Completed a 1-year apprenticeship under N.C.V.T. (National Council for Vocational Training).
- Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Certified in AutoCAD – proficient in creating 2D and 3D technical drawings.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- 1–2 years of experience in the MEP industry, contributing to real-world projects involving HVAC, Fire Protection, electrical layouts, and plumbing systems.
- Successfully completed a 2-year ITI course in Draughtsman – Mechanical/Electrical.
- Certified in Revit – skilled in BIM (Building Information Modelling) for MEP systems.
