Follow and execute directions given by Carpenters, Foreman and Site Superintendent
Produce work at or under budget.
Follow all Colt and site-specific safety procedure at all times!
Stand and secure walls.
Actively work to increase job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Educate entry level workers on safety protocols and direct proper form when protocols are not followed.
Lay joist on layout marks
Accomplish assigned tasks properly and in a timely manner.
Cut to given measurements - straight and square.
Assist in training of entry level workers.
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area.

Be able to cut, spread and frame a typical wall.
Square and sheath walls
Understand and work within Colt's tool program.
Ability to perform duties/activities of workers supervised*
Appropriate knowledge of carpentry tools and skills
