NDT Project Manager

Description

• Perform risk management to minimize project risk and resolve unanticipated project complexities.
• Effective communication with customer to ensure 100% customer satisfaction with overall project.
• Manage project scope, schedule, project resources and deliverables within budget.
• Maintain a Safety conscience work environment.
• Liaison between Company, Client and entire staff.
• Assist in proposal scope and budget development.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of customer contract, implement requirements and manage the contract.
• Monitor and trace project progression and milestones.
• Responsible for providing leadership, oversight, and management of all Mistras activities on customer’s project.
• Maintain compliance with Human Resources policies and procedures on the project.
• Prepare, update and deliver regular project status updates to internal & external stakeholders.
• Maintain a strong relationship with their customers.

Requirements

• Ability to effectively forecast timelines and target dates for project completion estimates based on project scope.
• Strong leadership qualities and high level of ethics and values in all actions.
• Public speaking experience preferred.
• Strong customer relation skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and demonstrable technical writing proficiency.
• Five years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry or Software Technology preferred.
• Ability and willingness to travel.
• Frequent lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Demonstration of strong leadership by being accessible to all employees.
• Five years of project management experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of process equipment.
• Strong computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook and trainable in “database” programs).
• Team building capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong execution of all company and client policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
