Working from architectural drawings, floor plans and CAD files, you'll calculate material requirements, assess labour costs, and coordinate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors. You'll need to spot potential challenges early - access restrictions, specification conflicts, or compliance issues that could impact project delivery and costs.
You'll be preparing detailed cost estimates for fire safety projects covering both passive and active fire protection systems.
