Evaluate and recommend work‑method changes to increase dispatch/warehouse productivity.
Provide relief coverage for operational duties during associate absences.
Maintain working knowledge of site operating systems to ensure compliance and resolve exceptions.
Complete required records and reports accurately and promptly.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, including inventory accuracy, returns, and damages, and understand the impact of decisions on profitability.
Align daily activities with the location safety strategy and ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and company policies.
Deliver safety communication, training, feedback, and direction to associates.
Plan work assignments to maximize effective use of fleet and warehouse equipment.
