Prepare and submit all required close out documents.
Coordinate with field superintendents on manpower needs, adjusting as needed.
Oversee commercial mechanical and/or plumbing construction projects to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design specifications, budget, and schedule.
Review all shop drawings and 3D models for accuracy.
Assist with estimating and budgeting on a as needed basis.
Mentor Leadership to teams.
Manage multiple projects varying in scope simultaneously.
Review contracts for scope and contract value accuracy.
Complies and promotes company Safety Policy.
Assist with collections as needed.
Lead appropriate strategies for achieving goals.
Lead internal Kickoff and Kickfinish meetings.
Secure bonds, permits, local licenses or corporate letters of guarantee as required.
Promote and coordinate prefabrication.
Responsible for all project documentation and communication.
Attend client led pre-construction and post construction meetings.
Complete job cost breakdowns, schedule of values, and review / approve project billings.
Analyze and manage underlying project risk.
Review project plans and specifications, build project schedules, make recommendations of potential cost-saving measures, and identify potential construction problems.
Review and approve project costs.
Organize and motivate a project team.
Work with general contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to coordinate project schedules, RFIs and change orders.
Maintain an understanding of holistically implementing business strategy to benefit the overall business model.
Coordinate and procure all necessary rental equipment and job trailers.
Order mechanical and/or plumbing materials as required and ensure delivery in accordance to project schedules.
Complete all required documentation electronically.
Participate in bid turnover meeting from estimating.

Degree in related field preferred.
OSHA 10/30 Hour preferred.
Technological proficiency to include Microsoft Office products and construction software applications.
Continuous communication with upper management, office personnel, GC, owner, and others as needed.
Mechanical or Plumbing license encouraged but not preferred.
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Requires mechanical aptitude, mathematical and English language skills.
Possess a thorough understanding of construction business legal principles.
Ability to forecast requirements; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions.
Possess a thorough understanding of construction accounting principles, WIP, Backlog, finance, and financial strategy.
Well versed with blueprint, schematic, drawings, and other equipment layout materials.
Experience on commercial mechanical or plumbing construction projects including healthcare, medical gas, educational, institutional, military and others preferred.
Experienced with project cost to complete, project financials and project close outs.
Ability to pass a full background screening and drug screening.
Ability to pass MVR check (if applicable) or must have reliable transportation.
Ability to stand, squat, bend, stoop and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to travel, as needed, for projects or training.
Excellent communication and customer services skills.
Management of projects ranging in size and scope preferred.
Provide decisive decision-making skills.
Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience preferred.
