Description

The purpose of the Sales role is to drive sales growth by managing inquiries, tenders and projects, delivering timely solutions and technical support, and strengthening customer relationships to maximize revenue and market presence.

• Manage and monitor all incoming inquiries and tenders, providing optimal customer responses.
• Prepare and deliver supportive documents, samples, and submittals to improve win rates.
• Coordinate material preparation with demand planning to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor competitor activities and report findings to sales management.
• Organize technical meetings and seminars to enhance market presence and provide technical support.
• Issue timely reports and manage customer relationships professionally.
• Identify and follow up on relevant projects to maximize realization.
• Track customer satisfaction and ensure on‑time payment collection to achieve zero overdue.
• Update project database in C4C and maintain accurate forecasts to avoid stock cost errors.
• Continuously develop soft and technical skills related to the role.
• Execute planned activities within schedule, cost and resource constraints and report deviations.
• Resolve operational problems promptly and escalate complex issues.
• Implement quality control processes and specifications for products and activities.
• Coordinate written systems, policies and procedures and seek automation opportunities.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations in all work activities.

Requirements

Academic requirement is a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field, and the position requires 4‑6 years of experience.
