Oversee the end-to-end development of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), including scheduling, technical writing, content gathering, collaboration, editing, design, and final production.
Partner with the VP of Marketing to evolve proposal processes, templates, and tools.
Coordinate with subcontractors/subconsultants for all necessary materials.

Leverage AI-assisted writing and content generation tools as needed to improve proposal efficiency, accuracy, and consistency, and guide the team's adoption of AI best practices.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 13 proposal professionals, including Senior Proposal Coordinators, the Proposal Content Manager, and Proposal Coordinators.
Finalize case studies/project profiles and ensure they are updated and accurate.
