Visit the site regularly to review progress and quality with the main Contractor and other sub contractors undertaking the project
Prepare documentation and/or provide advice to support proceedings: adjudication, mediation, arbitration, litigation, RFP, final Contract, Exhibits finalization, interim payment certification, etc
Overview document management in order store all relevant correspondence and Documents, and which is to be accessed by all stakeholders
Provide contractual support and advice on potential change orders, cost impacts, risks, utility requirements etc
Advise on the Contractor’s entitlement to extensions of time in collaboration with project team. Analyse the Contractor’s application(s) for extensions of time
Management of the entirety of the Building Contracts
Manage and track the closeout of claims in collaboration with the project team. Analyse and report on the Contractor’s losses and expenses claims
Advise on Client liability regarding any claims from the Contractor (preliminary advice only) Discuss the adjusted contract sum (final account) with the Contractor. Agree with client the authorisation to the adjusted contract sum
Reporting activity related to role and discipline Weekly/monthly meeting attendance

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering, Construction Management,)
