- Preparation and certification of consultant’s bill
- Managing billing, SES / DPR for consultants in SAP.
- Provide inputs during conceptual planning of project for design and cost optimization.
- Preparation of MIS, progress reports, dashboard reports.
- Review of Engineering drawings and Structural designs for optimization
- Prepare, Review & Monitoring Annual Budget & Business Plan
- Budget allocation / supplementation of various projects in SAP
- Manage information flow from top management to various stakeholders
- Work as interface between internal stakeholders, Consultants, and contract partners for bringing Projects from drawing board to physical execution stage and ultimately desired project objective.
- Prepare, Review & analyse MIS Reports.
- Establish review & monitoring mechanism & MIS tools.
- Manage Design deliverables for project execution within time and budget
- Tracking of Engineering, procurement, and construction activities for timely completion of project.
- Procurement planning, inventory management and reconciliation of materials and controlling wastage.
- Review Project Quality & Safety Plans
- Monitoring of drawing management process
- Scheduling & Resource levelling for optimum utilization of Men, Materials, Machinery.
