Examine drawings, specifications and method statements to define and understand construction criteria.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers on site to ensure that work is properly carried out.
Conduct required inspection and testing activities according to relevant inspection and test plans, and coordinate with consultant.
Maintain Quality Records for inspection and test activities.
Prepare and follow up closeout of snags during handover.
Assist the Quality Engineer in identifying and arranging training on site.
Resolve quality issues through identification and implementation of corrective actions to close non-conformities and avoid recurrence.
Coordinate with the consultant representative on site daily quality matters.
Coordinate with Section Engineer for daily Inspection schedule.
