- Provide support and assistance regarding systems implications of business process change;
- Test and document patches/ bug fixes before they are deployed to the live environment
- Identify areas of opportunity for future enhancement within the Unit 4 ERP product suites;
- Write test scripts and help to ensure quality of solution prior to user acceptance testing
- Monitoring and managing interfaces
- Enforce governance around QA, change management, documentation of solutions, maintain a knowledge base ensuring release and reference documentation is stored in central repository.
- As required, work with other internal systems project teams, to ensure tighter data sharing, and reduce duplication, inefficiency, and interface translation requirements;
- This role is intended to be a hybrid role; the successful candidate will assume all the existing responsibilities of a Senior Business Systems Analyst.

- On premise experience transitioning to Cloud;
- Have a clear understanding of the ERP support systems and how we can use it to our advantage;
- Ability to create, document and implement solutions based on a set of requirements.
- Good secondary and/or equivalent education: A levels, HND/C or degree;
- Experience of working on and supporting ERP systems (preferably Unit 4)
- SQL experience and knowledge (Preferential)

- Any Financial/HR related qualifications.
- Experience with integrations, point solutions and/or other ERPs;
- Prioritise workload based on severity and impact to customer and demonstrate a sense of urgency when handling tickets
- Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels and an ability to effectively liaise with 3rd parties to deliver solutions;
- Holiday entitlement of 25 days per annum (exclusive of bank holidays) and flexible holiday arrangements.
- 3pm finish on the last Friday of the month.
