We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to support the Treasury Services Call Center during the upcoming Health Savings Account (HSA) enrollment season. In this role, you will manage a high volume of inbound calls and assist with transactions related to over 600,000 new HSA accounts for 2025–2026. Candidates will receive comprehensive training prior to taking live calls.

  • Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve account-related issues, escalating complex cases as needed and ensuring all interactions are well documented.
  • Training & Onboarding: Participate in structured training sessions (Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. ET; Day 1 starts at 9:00 a.m.) to prepare for live call handling.
  • Customer Support: Provide timely assistance for incoming calls, address inquiries, and process account transactions accurately.
  • Compliance & Accuracy: Maintain accounts in strict alignment with regulatory standards and company policies.

  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities within defined guidelines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (call center experience is an asset but not required).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
  • Backgrounds in service-oriented industries such as teaching, hospitality, or retail are highly valued.
  • Proficiency with basic PC functions and accurate data entry.

  • Shift Flexibility: Work across scheduled shifts (8–10 hours) within an operating window of 8:00 a.m.–12:00 a.m. ET, including at least one weekend day and holiday coverage as required.
