Collaborate Across Teams: Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, other Arcadis offices, clients/end users, and equipment suppliers to coordinate and integrate process inputs and deliverables throughout the design process.

Drive Safety and Quality: Represent and lead process design in PHAs, HAZOPs, design reviews, and peer reviews while maintaining a strong focus on quality assurance.

Lead with Expertise: Oversee and lead the implementation of process designs, taking full ownership for driving the entire process project to successful completion. Ensure all technical and safety aspects of deliverables (including PFDs, P&IDs, process reports, calculations, utility sizing, and equipment specifications) are delivered on time, within budget and schedule, and to the required quality standards. Manage technical approvals at project milestones and provide support to the process project team to achieve project objectives.

Education: A higher technical degree in Industrial, Process, or Chemical Engineering.
Communication Excellence: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
Process Safety Leadership: Proven expertise in process safety within the pharmaceutical or life science industries, with experience serving as a PHA/HAZOP chair.
Team Leadership: Ability to build, lead, develop, and inspire a team of professionals to reach their full potential.
Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines, A&E teams, vendors, and system owners.
Problem-Solving: Advanced decision-making and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex challenges.
Subject Matter Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in process engineering within the pharmaceutical or life science industries, with the ability to serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the global organisation.
Leadership Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience as a process engineer in design consultancy or Food/Pharmaceuticals/GMP manufacturing environments, including experience as a Design Process Lead on projects.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office and process-related software, with excellent Organisational and time-management skills.
