Overview
Oversee plant operations, safety, quality, production, cost and continuous improvement.

Tasks
-Ensures the facility is maintained to a high housekeeping standard and that all equipment is in good running order. -Maintains awareness of individual contribution to and impact of the quality, safety, environmental, and product compliance policies and activities; reports all quality issues, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions to the proper personnel. -Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System. -Responsible for the safe production of quality product delivered to our customers On-Time and In-Full. -Increases production, line capacity and crew flexibility while minimizing cost and maintaining current quality standards. -Ensures collection and participates in the analyses of data to reduce waste (materials, machine speed, machine delay). -Responsible for the overall production output of the facilities and their continued optimization. -Ensures the monitoring of all operations and the applicable triggering of unsatisfactory conditions, including the development of corrective actions. -Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy. -Applies Lean manufacturing principles to improve, design, and maintain manufacturing processes to achieve organizational goals. -Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands. -Directs the planning, organizing and optimum running of day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations. -Addresses all employees’ concerns or issues to foster a positive work atmosphere. -Develops and implements systems and processes that track performance to enable optimization of productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets to achieve high returns on capital employed. -Be a Safety leader and exemplify the goal of Zero Harm as a core value (Ensures a safe work environment and adherence to Safety Standards). -Budgets and manages manufacturing cost structures by developing and maintaining operational expenses within budget and explore cost-reduction measures. -Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.

What You Bring
-Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. -Good understanding of National and Local regulatory requirements for plant operations. -Highly proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.) applications and computer technology. -Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Business Management; or equivalent manufacturing experience. -Strong leadership and managerial attributes, ability to work in a team environment and interface with a diverse workforce. -5 years of experience in a manufacturing management position. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. -Ability to create accountability and to lead by example. -Proven knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, and human resources). -Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, inventory, and factory leadership processes. -Strong aptitude for root cause analysis and troubleshooting operational issues.
