  • Support our market research group in conducting market research, analyzing trends, and gathering voice of customer insights to inform product initiatives
  • Support sales teams by providing technical expertise, participating in bid strategies, providing Buy America related product certifications, supporting customer needs relative to the portfolio, and assisting with sales and market forecasting
  • Assist in the New Product Development (NPD) and Change Management (CMR) processes to launch and enhance products
  • Monitor new product launches, track performance, and refine internal processes for efficiency

  • Represent the product team at trade shows, customer visits, and internal events
