- Support our market research group in conducting market research, analyzing trends, and gathering voice of customer insights to inform product initiatives
- Support sales teams by providing technical expertise, participating in bid strategies, providing Buy America related product certifications, supporting customer needs relative to the portfolio, and assisting with sales and market forecasting
- Assist in the New Product Development (NPD) and Change Management (CMR) processes to launch and enhance products
- Monitor new product launches, track performance, and refine internal processes for efficiency
- Support development and execution of the product line’s strategic direction, portfolio management, and roadmap planning
- Represent the product team at trade shows, customer visits, and internal events
- Analyze product line performance and win/loss data to recommend pricing adjustments and improve competitiveness
- Support cross-functional initiatives to resolve product, quality, or supply chain issues
- Assist in product lifecycle management, including enhancements and end-of-life planning
- Collaborate with marketing and others within product management to develop sales tools, product training, and go-to-market materials
