Element Materials Technology is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Windows Server and Veeam Backup Engineer to join our Core Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supporting and maintaining Windows Server environments and Veeam-based backup solutions. This role is critical in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our server infrastructure, with a focus on robust backup and disaster recovery strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server (e.g., MCSA, MCSE).
- Minimum 3 years of Windows server administration experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience deploying and managing Veeam backup and replication.
- Proficiency with Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022.
- Experience with VMware and Hyper‑V virtualization.
- Familiarity with server hardware and storage systems, including Dell and QNAP.
