Preparing / updating presentation material
Market research and exploration of opportunities in international markets to expand UNS activities
Production of tenders, business plans and RFP’s
Assistance in maintaining a clear overview of business-related inquires
Proactively anticipating possibilities to expand UNStudio’s network

University degree in Architecture, Real Estate, Economics, Communications and/or Business Administration
Your experience is highly valued, but your innovative and entrepreneurial attitude is ranked highest
Good writing skills
Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in similar or relevant field (Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, Investors)
Stress resistance and a proactive hands-on mentality
Proven track record in identifying, pursuing, and securing business opportunities in competitive markets.
Fluent (written and spoken) English and additional language skills (Arabic) are a plus
Self-discipline and confidence in an ad-hoc environment
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Experience working with high-profile clients and understanding the regional business culture and dynamics in the Middle East.
