The Finance Director will direct financing strategies, analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and oversee all accounting operations including receivables, payables, payroll, and financial reporting. The position manages annual financial reports and coordinates all financial matters for the company.
- Shape sector financial strategy, support tactical initiatives, and monitor execution of business plans.
- Develop financial, tax, and capital budgeting strategies; manage capital requests.
- Lead finance and accounting teams, overseeing budgeting, reporting, SOX compliance, and internal controls.
- Participate in executive decision‑making, bid reviews, pricing, and monthly project reviews.
- Conduct performance measurement, risk analysis, and provide timely financial insights to senior leadership.
- Oversee accounting operations, transaction processing, foreign operations, and third‑party service providers.
- Manage acquisition due diligence and ensure accurate periodic financial reporting.
- Maintain relationships with external auditors, legal counsel, and ensure proper insurance and record‑keeping.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, a CPA/CA designation, and at least 15 years of relevant experience. The role requires strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, leadership, and the ability to travel up to 50 percent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; CPA or CA designation.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities with data‑driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership in finance operations, budgeting, and compliance (SOX, internal controls).
- Ability to travel up to 50% of time.
