Key responsibilities include being the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, vendors, and Fairfield staff; driving lease closures by highlighting community amenities; determining resident needs and resolving or escalating issues; managing lease files and paperwork using Yardi accounting software; and executing marketing tasks such as updating social media and monitoring local market conditions and competition.
The Floating Community Leasing Associate position is a temporary role lasting approximately three to four months, assigned to the Landmark at Wynton Pointe community of 380 units in the Nashville, TN region. The associate will travel between properties as needed, with a local auto allowance, and will focus on maintaining exceptional community standards, resident satisfaction, and property excellence.
The role requires a minimum of one year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail, along with strong typing and computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license are mandatory; knowledge of leasing, real estate, tax credit, fair housing, and Yardi software is considered a plus, as is the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Compensation is hourly, ranging from $18.40 to $20.80, non‑exempt, with potential commissions and bonuses.
