Tasks

Reporting to the Property Section Leader, the primary purpose of this role is to ensure the successful delivery of cadastral survey projects in line with the objectives of the Property Service Line -Manage Cadastral projects to ensure that quality, schedule and budget requirements are met -Maintain an accurate and effective CRM system -Plan, coordinate and supervised the delivery of Property survey projects -Develop market intelligence to ensure all relevant business development opportunities and clients relationships are effectively managed with a personal focus on cadastral work, resulting into an increase of market share -Develop and manage a high performing, highly utilised professional services team -Ensure agreed gross margin returns on projects -Become an integral part of company initiatives to grow Veris into the most recognisable brand in the Geospatial services industry in the region -Ensure productive relationships are forged with existing and new clients, in order to create opportunities that match the strategy of the Survey Service Line -Establish a culture of discipline, professionalism
