Be responsible to place PO to overseas vendors and track the whole purchasing process from PO creation to goods receiving and eventually do the payment request
Be responsible to define the master data for each products based on corporate inv policy, such as min stock, max stock, and etc.;
Actively cooperate with different functions to solve RM issues such as RM shortage, slow moving consumption, and Inventory optimization;
Be responsible to do the imported materials planning work and implement this RM plan;
Be responsible to closely work with sourcing team and vendors to improve the service level of each product based on the defined managerial rules;
Be responsible to evaluate the service level of vendors for each RMs;
Be responsible to review the top 20 RMs in ending inv report and find the root cause of these RMs and the action plan monthly;

Bachelor degree and above with 3 years on related experience of purchasing.
Be proficient in grasping the whole process of importation, including: the first importation of new products, trade terms, customs clearance, handling of foreign complaints, etc.
Good communication skill and good teamwork skill.
Be able to communicate with overseas vendor and solve problems alone;
CET-4 is prioritized
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
