- Define automation roadmaps and drive infrastructure provisioning and capacity planning.
- Establish production change‑control processes and manage operational SLAs.
- Debug L2/L3 incidents and support production reliability.
- Engage with customers, stakeholders, and product teams to gather requirements.
- Provide level‑of‑effort estimates, schedule definitions, and status reporting.
- Drive release‑management planning in collaboration with project managers.
