  • Monthly internal business reviews focused on core metrics.
  • Quarterly business reviews with internal customers to present performance, collect feedback, and align priorities.
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, logistics, finance, and customer success teams to drive continuous improvement and resolve escalations.
  • Drive operational performance reviews:
  • Manage fulfillment planning, including order allocation and delivery tracking to meet customer commitments.
  • Develop and execute inventory planning strategies for global warehouses to maintain service levels and optimize working capital.
  • Lead and manage a team of planners, providing direction, coaching, and performance management.
  • Develop and run demand planning for aftermarket channels leveraging statistical and consensus-based models.
  • Oversee reverse fulfillment processes, including RMAs, material diversions, and returns management.
  • Direct global scrap management programs, ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and sustainability.

  • Familiarity with global distribution operations and multi-regional planning.
  • Proficiency with enterprise planning systems (ERP, CRP, TMS) and advanced analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated experience leading performance reviews and stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to responsiveness and service excellence.
  • 15+ years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 8 years in leadership roles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with complex data and metrics-driven decision making.
  • Demonstrated cross-cultural and global leadership experience, with the ability to effectively manage teams and operations across multiple regions.
  • Experience living internationally.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices in supply chain planning.
  • Deep expertise in demand planning, inventory management, fulfillment, and reverse logistics.
  • 10+ years' experience in aftermarket, service, or spare parts supply chain.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Experience developing and sustaining a global strategy for
