As a Senior Outside Sales Representative, you will determine the scope of work and provide estimates to homeowners in their times of need. Our customer service team pre-screens, pre-qualifies and sets up appointments. No cold calling — this is a hot-lead, one-call close opportunity.

Ensure to respond within one hour of receiving a notice for new jobs
Process all documentation and ensure it is completed in a timely manner
Monitor job status and communicate job status with customers, company management, and insurance carriers
Work remotely to meet with homeowners to determine the scope of work and provide estimates.
Execute top-notch customer service as a Sales Operation Manager
Meet with homeowners for in-home appointments (qualified leads are provided for you so no cold calling is needed)
Provide solutions to homeowners in a time of need
Manage remediation crews to ensure progress and compliance of job
