We are seeking an Associate Vice President (AVP) to join our leadership team in mechanical construction. This role oversees large-scale commercial projects, leads high-performing teams, and drives operational excellence across all phases of project delivery. The AVP will manage multimillion-dollar project portfolios, provide strategic input on budgeting and forecasting, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. In addition, this leader will mentor staff, foster strong client relationships, and collaborate with executives to advance company growth.

- 15+ years of mechanical construction experience with large commercial projects
- Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
