Generate service reports, change logs, and technical documentation for each activity.
Support customers with network segmentation, firewall rules, and secure remote access setup.
Integrate field instrumentation, PROFIBUS/PROFINET networks, and SCALANCE components.
Troubleshoot PCS 7 engineering station, OS server/client, WinCC, SFC, SCL, CFC, and Batch components.
Ensure compliance with Siemens global standards and best practices.
Perform installation, commissioning, FAT/SAT, and maintenance for Siemens PCS 7 systems.
Participate in cyber-risk assessments and implementation of recommended controls.
Assist in system hardening (Windows patching, antivirus, user management).
Provide remote and on-site diagnostic support for critical customer issues.
Conduct system upgrades, migration projects, patching, and backup/restore procedures.

Basic knowledge of industrial cybersecurity (IEC 62443, network security, VLANs, firewall basics).
Ability to work independently in critical environments.
CFC/SFC programming
Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, or Utilities is preferred.
Work with Siemens security tools (SINEC Security, SCALANCE S firewall).
PCS 7 architecture (AS, OS, Engineering Station)
Willingness to work on emergency callouts.
High safety awareness (PTW, LOTO, site safety rules).
Industrial networking (PROFIBUS / PROFINET / Ethernet)
2 to 3 days of mobile working per week as a global standard.
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or Computer Engineering.
5+ years experience in PCS 7 commissioning, operation, or maintenance.
Good communication skills and customer-facing experience.
Good reporting and documentation skills.
Follow IEC 62443 concepts (awareness level).
Strong troubleshooting capability.
