- Integration of Battery packs, hardware, and its software part
- Preparation of technical specifications
- Design and integrate BESS systems for utility scale (stand-alone), micro-grids and solar hybrid BESS systems including large building, containerized, and modular systems (both DC and AC coupled).
- Creating documents, writing reports according to specifications
- Designing and detailed engineering of Electrical and control systems aspect of ESS solutions.
- Designing of Electrical panels, Cable sizing, Busbar sizing, Switchgear selection etc.

- 3-15 years of experience in the renewable industry, preferably in consulting, in the above areas
- Good written & verbal communication skills
- Proven understanding of BESS systems, BESS technologies, modelling using simulation software.
- Sizing and Battery capacity finalization as per the requirement of various global tenders.
- Good organizing abilities and good in prioritizing tasks and co-ordination
- Time management and professionalism.
- Basic understanding of energy yield concepts of solar and wind plants using simulation software such as PV SYST/ Windpro etc
- Electrical System Design, Integration and Prototyping.
- Must have basic knowledge of solar and wind power plant designing concepts
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, power point presentation,
- Technical Knowledge & Experience in Power Systems & Power electronics application in Power systems (Power electronics converter application & control to power systems.
- Essential - Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Preference for the Master’s Degree
- Experience with data analytic software such as Power BI, Tableu etc although not essential but preferable
- Experience in Power systems modelling/studies/component selection.
- Good communication skills in English
- Self-disciplined and demonstrated capability to work in multiple projects as a team member/Project Manager
- Ability to function in teams spread across different geographies
- SPOC for BESS related technical discussion with various Global developers and Vendors
- Experience in BESS & ESS Sizing, Control, Design, Validation and Testing.
- Good network with industry leading BESS manufacturers.
