- Responsibility for coordinating all relevant reporting to the PMO
- Delivering continuous improvement programs.
- Act as the point of contact between the site and office teams and stakeholders
- Deploying resources (organisation / people).
- Embed continuous improvement and best practice throughout the delivery of schemes
- Managing high-performing staff / teams including carrying out performance management, undertaking resource planning and embedding a focus on continuous improvement and best-practice.
- Management of the Performance and Reporting activities
- Presenting complex technical information to senior management.
- Overseeing the coordination and management of the process and performance reports, facilitating reporting reviews.
- Develop reports utilising BI tools
- Establish the performance and reporting functional area at a Site level across the portfolio of schemes, providing strategic direction and overseeing the management of the team
- Develop and undertake detailed financial and resource planning across the projects

- Business Intelligence (BI) tools e.g., Tableau, MS Power BI
- Industry recognised publishing tools
- Management information analysis, presentation and requirements.
- Experience working in a comparable consultancy environment, or with a client or contractor organisation is highly desirable.
- Relevant reporting with substantial experience in data visualisation and analysis techniques.
- Required to have experience across performance and reporting activities through the full project lifecycle through to completion on high value road and/or infrastructure projects or projects of a similar scale and complexity.
- Microsoft tools (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access)
- Earned value, schedule analysis, and financial performance analysis.
