What you would be doing

- Ensure proper implementation of waterproofing methods and materials at different project stages.
- Support in handover of completed units after quality inspection.
- Inspect and check quality of tiling, grouting, surface finishes, and alignment.
- Prepare daily work progress reports and monitor manpower and material utilization.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality norms at the site.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and consultants to ensure smooth execution of site activities.
- Verify measurements and assist in preparing bills for interior and finishing works.
- Supervise and execute interior and finishing works such as tiling, waterproofing, plastering, painting, carpentry, and false ceiling.
- Identify and resolve site-level technical issues proactively.
- Ensure all activities are carried out as per approved drawings, quality standards, and timelines.
