Sr. Engineer For real Estate- Interior_Tathawade

Description

• Ensure proper implementation of waterproofing methods and materials at different project stages.
• Support in handover of completed units after quality inspection.
• Inspect and check quality of tiling, grouting, surface finishes, and alignment.
• Prepare daily work progress reports and monitor manpower and material utilization.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality norms at the site.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and consultants to ensure smooth execution of site activities.
• Verify measurements and assist in preparing bills for interior and finishing works.
• Supervise and execute interior and finishing works such as tiling, waterproofing, plastering, painting, carpentry, and false ceiling.
• Identify and resolve site-level technical issues proactively.
• Ensure all activities are carried out as per approved drawings, quality standards, and timelines.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, coordination, and team-handling skills.
• Strong technical knowledge of finishing materials and execution sequence.
• Minimum 5 years of site experience in interior finishing for residential/commercial buildings.
• B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Eye for detail and quality workmanship.
