The director defines and executes a multi‑year IT strategy aligned with business objectives, partners with executive leadership to integrate technology into construction operations, and champions innovation through AI, automation, and advanced construction technologies. They establish IT standards, policies, and governance frameworks to support scalability and consistency.
Operational oversight includes managing day‑to‑day IT services for offices, jobsites, and mobile users, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure such as Microsoft 365, networking, endpoints, cloud services, backups, and disaster recovery. The director serves as the final escalation point for critical outages, security incidents, and service issues, and maintains documentation and procedures.
They oversee selection, implementation, and optimization of enterprise systems—construction ERPs like P6 and CMiC, project management platforms such as Procore and Autodesk Construction Cloud, and BIM and field technologies—ensuring effective integrations and data flows. Additionally, they lead evaluation and deployment of AI‑driven tools, predictive scheduling, digital twins, automation, and low‑code solutions while balancing innovation with stability and ROI.
The IT Director establishes and maintains cybersecurity and risk management programs, including identity and access management, MFA, endpoint protection, vendor risk assessments, and incident response, ensuring compliance with contractual, legal, regulatory, and insurance requirements. They own budgeting, forecasting, and cost planning, negotiate and manage vendor relationships, and translate technology investments into measurable business value.

- Expertise in enterprise systems, infrastructure, cloud architecture, and cybersecurity.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation and technology modernization.
- Strong business acumen in managing budgets, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
- Prior experience with Procore and CMiC highly desirable.
