Soft Skills / Leadership: Strong communication, networking, influencing, negotiation, analytical and leadership skills with ability to manage sensitive union matters and engage with multiple stakeholders
Disciplinary Actions & Enquiries: Experience in conducting domestic enquiries and disciplinary actions
Factory / Plant Exposure: Proven experience in handling shop-floor labour relations and union management
Fluent in local language.
Labour & Employment Cases: Experience in managing legal cases related to labour and employment matters, including coordination and follow-up with legal counsel.
Education & Experience: MBA/MSW/PGDM in HR or equivalent with 2-3 years of experience in Industrial Relations preferably in a Labour Relations in a unionized factory/plant environment.
Legal & Statutory Compliance: knowledge of labour laws and statutes; hands-on experience in liaising with factory inspectors, PF/ESIC authorities, and other labour department inspections.
