What you would be doing
- Contribute to cost estimates and efficient project management under guidance
- Assist in developing relationships with solicitors through events and meetings
- Assist in preparing investigation Method Statements
- Apply technical knowledge to assist with various appointment types
- Work collaboratively within high-performing teams
- Contribute to dispute resolution strategies and processes
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices
- Assist in relationship building within the wider SOCOTEC group
- Support experts in project delivery and team coordination
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders under supervision
- Assist in delivering project requirements under the direction of senior team members
- Support opening-up works coordination and execution
- Support internal SOCOTEC expertise in producing competent project deliverables
- Support in maintaining relationships with clients, contractors and consultants
- Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks
- Participate in meetings and presentations as directed
- Ensure activities comply with relevant regulations and standards
- Attend site investigations when requested under supervision
- Conduct basic survey work as directed
