Tasks

-Conducting Field Measurements -Communicate professionally with clients and vendors -Specification of Materials and Lighting -Prepare Design Concepts utilizing Photoshop and Sketchup -Reviewing submittals and RFI’s, with the ability to provide construction support -Providing coordination with project consultants not limited to; Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Structural through all stages of the design process with minimum assistance.

What You Bring

-Fluent in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop -Strong knowledge of Construction Documents as related to commercial tenant improvement -Relative knowledge of Building and Fire Codes as relates to Egress and ADA -Knowledge of City submittal process and coordinating corrections -Attention to detail while able to manage multiple tasks at once -Positive attitude and open, respectful communication
