Provide technical leadership in system migrations, upgrades, compliance initiatives, and modernization efforts.

Partner with Cybersecurity and Compliance teams to implement security baselines, remediate vulnerabilities, and support incident response.
Offer occasional assistance with IT edge systems (laptops, printers, and other end-user devices) to support site operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Cybersecurity, SCADA, Engineering, and vendors) to align technical requirements and ensure successful deployments.
Act as a key contributor to OT and compliance projects, supporting the design, implementation, and integration of new applications and solutions.
Deploy, configure, and manage hyperconverged infrastructure solutions, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery readiness.
Coordinate with site technicians, engineers, and vendors to resolve OT infrastructure issues.
Effectively multitask across multiple ongoing projects and operational responsibilities, ensuring deadlines and priorities are consistently met.

Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), VMware/Hyper-V, and Linux administration.
Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
Familiarity with NERC CIP compliance and regulatory frameworks.
Ability to multitask effectively, managing multiple projects (OT, compliance, and operational) simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
Self-starter with the ability to drive projects independently and deliver results.
Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Group Policy, PKI, and RODC administration.
Demonstrated experience supporting IT/OT projects and compliance initiatives.
Networking fundamentals: VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, segmentation between SCADA/DMZ/Corporate zones.
Experience with hyperconverged solutions strongly preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills in high-pressure, real-time operational environments.
Monitoring platforms (PRTG, SolarWinds, or similar).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
5+ years of system administration experience, with at least 2–3 years in OT/ICS/SCADA environments.
Backup/restore technologies (Veeam, Commvault, or equivalent).
Occasional international travel may be required for project execution or training
