Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and drive cost-saving initiatives and programs throughout the organization.
Ensure the timely and accurate completion of month-end activities, including financial and transaction reporting, reconciliations and analysis.
Assist with the development and management of comprehensive budgets and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Engage in transactional and commercial finance activities, including financial planning and analysis tasks, to support business objectives with key internal stakeholders
Perform detailed variance analysis to identify key drivers of financial performance and provide insights to stakeholders.
Taking part in company process improvements and initiatives
Conducting business unit Profit and Loss reviews, alongside the commercial finance team members.
Utilize financial data and analysis to provide valuable business insights and support decision-making at all levels of the organization.
Providing timely and quality advice, analysis and information on Management Accounting related issues, including adhoc analysis to relevant stakeholders
Ensuring all Accounting processes comply with Boral Accounting policies and accounting standards.

Advanced MS Excel and exposure to Oracle ERP (desired)
